Through Doorstep Library home visits, parents gain support and encouragement to take an active role in their children's education.

Parents can benefit from:

In a survey across four Doorstep Library projects, answering through a scale of 1 (not at all) to 10 (very much), we achieved the following response from 56 parents who answered the following questions:

85% of parents responded with a 9 or a 10.

82% of parents responded with an 8, 9, or 10.

Have visits from the Doorstep Library volunteers encouraged you to read more with your children than you did before?
48% of parents responded with a 7, 8, 9 or 10.
