Through Doorstep Library home visits, parents gain support and encouragement to take an active role in their children's education.

Parents can benefit from:

In an August 2018 survey across nine Doorstep Library projects, answering through a scale of 1 (not at all) to 5 (very much), we achieved the following response from 92 parents who answered the following questions:

96% of parents responded with a 4 or 5 out of 5.

Have Doorstep Library improved your child’s reading ability?
84% of parents responded with a 4 or 5 out of 5.

Have Doorstep Library visits encouraged you to read with your child more often?
91% of parents responded with a 4 or 5 out of 5.

Do you know more about local services and activities since receiving Doorstep Library visits?
